KOICA in USD2.5M Deal Supporting Rwanda's TVET Program

    The Korea International Cooperation Agency and Rwandan Ministry of Education signed a USD2.5 million memorandum of understanding that aims to enhance technical and vocational education and training in the African country. Sharon Haba, permanent secretary in the Ministry of Education, thanked KOICA for the aid, according to The New Times. KOICA pledged to send experts to Rwanda to help manage the Kicukiro Technical Training Center.
