The Lebanese parliament has approved a reform proposal that would enable Palestinian refugees to work in places that previously banned their employment. The approved legislation gives refugees social security protection and full employment rights, CNN reports. The legislation is expected to benefit more than 400,000 Palestinian refugees who would now be able to apply for any job open to foreigners.
