Obama pledged support to help Liberia move forward with democratic development, Angop reports. Meanwhile, the third round of a United Nations-backed synchronized regional immunization campaign against polio has kicked off in Liberia May 28. The five-day campaign aims to reach 53 million children across West Africa.
