Manager for Congo Basin Forest Fund Named

A consortium comprised of the Netherlands Development Organization and Pricewaterhouse Coopers has been chosen to manage the projects of the Congo Basin Forest Fund, which aims to reduce poverty and fight climate change in the Congo Basin.

The fund is hosted by the African Development Bank’s Agriculture and Agro-industry Department. The chosen consortium will work with the bank in overseeing the fund’s operation and managing up to 17 projects with a threshold value of €2.5 million.
