MCC Seeks Feedback on 'Open Government' Plan

The Millennium Challenge Corp. has posted online its draft plan of enacting the Obama administration’s “open government” directive, a 2009 order encouraging federal agencies to openly provide data to U.S. citizens.

The agency said it welcomes input and comment on the plan from the public, which can be coursed through www.mcc.gov/open or info@mcc.gov. It set an April 1, 2010, deadline for submission of comments on the draft plan.

“Feedback on how MCC can continue to improve its open government practices will be accepted on an ongoing basis,” the agency said.
