New Montenegrin Prime Minister Igor Luksic has secured the backing of parliament for his leadership. Luksic said he would focus on European Union membership talks and justice reforms. He replaces Milo Djukanovic, who resigned in December to pursue business interests, Deutsche Presse-Agentur reports.
