Montenegro to Seek IMF Loan

Montenegro may engage in negotiations to borrow up to 300 million euros (USD449 million) from the International Monetary Fund, said Nikola Fabris, the chief economist of the country's central bank, as quoted by Reuters. Ongoing talks are still informal and waiting confirmation from Montenegro's finance ministry.
