More World Bank Funds for Mali Energy Project

The World Bank will release USD35 million for Mali’s rural energy program. The additional assistance will speed up the program’s energy access expansion in the rural areas. Of the amount, USD30.3 million will be utilized for energy distribution services and the rest will support activities to boost institutional and capacity development and household energy.
