New Advisors for New Zealand Foreign Affairs Chief Revealed

New Foreign Affairs Minister Murray McCully has appointed philanthropist Stephen Tindall, economist Gareth Morgan, Oxfam’s Barry Coates and health firm chief Trevor Janes to compose a board that will advise him on aid issues. John Allen and Amanda Ellis, both from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, will also join the board, Phil Twyford writes in the blog by the New Zealand Labour Party.

“Given the Minister’s notorious disregard for officials’ advice it will be interesting to see how much he listens to his new advisers,” Twyford said.
