New USAID Mission Director for Macedonia Takes Oath

Robert E. Wuertz was sworn in Feb. 25 as the new director of the U.S. Agency for International Development’s mission in Macedonia.

Wuertz will oversee USAID programs in Macedonia that support democratic governance and the nation’s integration into Euro-Atlantic structures.

He most recently served as USAID’s deputy mission director in Iraq.
