Nigerian Leader Seeks World Bank Aid for Power Sector

Acting Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan spoke with top officials of the World Bank in Washington April 12 to ask for assistance to boost the country’s power supply, THISDAY reports. He particularly sought help in carrying out a complete technical audit of the country’s hydroelectric potential.
