Oxfam: Reallocation of Aid for Climate Change may Imperil Children

Reallocating foreign aid from economic development to climate change may endanger at least 4.5 million children in the developing world, anti-poverty group Oxfam warned. "This money is desperately needed by children who are at risk from poor maternity services and poor health in childhood," Tim Gore, European Union climate change policy adviser to Oxfam, told
