Oxfam Seeks Aid for East Africa

Oxfam has appealed for 9.5 million euros (USD15 million) to help drought victims in Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia, Uganda, Sudan, Djibouti and Tanzania. The U.K.-based agency made the appeal following the death of thousands of animals in the East African countries, leaving at least 23 million people in need of food aid,
