Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provincial officials and representatives of the U.S. government took part in a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the reconstruction of a 25-kilometer stretch of the Peshawar Southern By-Pass. The project is funded by a USD25 million aid package from the U.S., according to DipNote, the official blog of the U.S. State Department.
