Pakistan, ADB Finalize USD900 Million Loan Deal

Pakistan and the Asian Development Bank signed an agreement that would give the country USD900 million to build and improve roads. The National Highway Authority will implement the project, which is expected to be completed by December 2013. The first tranche worth USD170 million will be used to construct the 58 kilometer motorway from Faisalabad to Khanewal.
