The Philippines will start seeking bids by the end of March for projects under its public-private programs, the country’s president has announced. The program, which is supported by various multilateral institutions, is expected to attract more than $1 billion in private investments for transportation projects in the country, President Benigno Aquino III said, according to Deutsche Presse-Agentur.
