Plan Mobilizes USD1.9M Appeal for Philippine Children

has launched a USD1.9 million appeal for children and families affected by floods brought by the two strong typhoons that hit the Philippines in the past weeks. The money from the appeal will be used to provide food, health care, early childhood care, school-based water, hygiene services, nonfood items and psychosocial support for children in Metro Manila and Rizal province. It will also cover capacity building in schools.
