The United States’ development community is girding for the expected release of an initial report on the State Department’s first Quadrennial Diplomacy and Development Review after several delays, said The Cable’s Josh Rogin.
Citing insider feedback, Rogin said development leaders were eagerly anticipating news about the review, with some expecting “bad news about the direction the review is headed in terms of development organization and policy.”
