The International Monetary Fund and Romanian authorities have reached a staff-level agreement on the sixth review of the fund’s standby arrangement with the European nation. Pending the approval of the IMF executive board, some euro900 million (USD1.2 billion) more will be made available to Romania as part of the seventh disbursement under the arrangement.
