An international airport at Bugesera and a railway connecting Dar es Salaam with Kigali are among Rwanda’s public-private partnership projects in the pipeline. The railway project is seen to cost USD4 billion, while the airport will need some USD650 million, ETurboNews reports. Meanwhile, basic emergency aid such as tents and food has yet to reach hundreds of flood victims in Rubavu district, The New Times reports.
