Rwanda Gets USD32 Million Worth of Pneumonia Vaccines

Wyeth Pharmaceuticals through UNICEF, the U.S. Agency for International Development and Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization donated pneumococcal vaccines worth USD32 million to Rwanda,

reported. Some 1.3 million children will be immunized against pneumonia and other pneumococcol diseases such as meningitis using the vaccines.
