S.Korea, AfDB Ink Partnership Pacts

The African Development Bank and South Korea further strengthened cooperation ties with the approval of two new development agreements. Under the accords, the Asian nation will contribute USD200 million to the Korea-Africa Economic Cooperation Conference Trust Fund over the next three years and boost the region’s information and communication technologies. The agreements will focus on developing infrastructure and sustainable natural resource, human resource, agriculture and rural living in Africa, among others.
