Taiwan and Thailand have signed an agreement to resume their agricultural collaboration, which has slowed down in the past six years, the Taipei Times reports. The agreement was signed by the the Royal Project Foundation of Thailand and the International Cooperation and Development Fund, which administers Taiwan’s overseas development projects. It is expected to take effect Jan. 1, 2011.
