Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni is allegedly grooming his son, Lt. Col. Muhoozi Kainerugaba, to replace him. But whether this plan materializes depends on the results of the African nation’s presidential polls on Feb. 18, where Museveni will compete with seven other candidates, the Guardian reports.

The first review of the arrangement was not completed and the second review is expected to be considered by the IMF executive board before the end of June.
