UK Commits Bailout Aid to Poorest Nations

    The British government will contribute GBP200 million (USD280 million) to a global social protection fund, which seeks to address the daily needs of the world’s poorest populations amid the current economic slowdown, U.K. International Development Minister Douglas Alexander
