UK Helps South Africa Buy Condoms

The U.K. donated 1 million pounds (USD1.5million) to help South Africa buy condoms as it prepares to host the 2010 football World Cup starting June, BBC reports. South Africa has appealed for one billion condoms in a bid to beef up its national supply to cope with the thousands of visitors expected to attend the worldwide sporting event. South Africa has the highest number of people living with HIV in the world.
