UK Organizations Launch International Health Funding Strategy

The Tropical Health and Education Trust and British Council have launched a new funding scheme aimed at strengthening partnerships between local health institutions and those in developing countries,

reports. The three-year scheme is worth 3 million pounds (USD4.91 million), which will be disbursed in small, medium and large grants. These grants will be used to build partnerships that would support capacity building, staff training, professional development and curriculum development.
