UN 'No' to Sudanese Aid Distribution Scheme

The United Nations refused to let Sudanese organizations distribute the agency's aid in Darfur,

reported. The announcement came after President Omar al-Bashir's order that no foreign aid organization may work in the field for one year, adding that local organizations will soon be in charge of delivering aid.
