Norma Parker will serve as the new director of the U.S. Agency for International Development’s mission in Nicaragua, the agency said in a statement. Parker brings to the Nicaragua mission more than 20 years of experience in designing, implementing and evaluating development programs, particularly in the rule of law field. She was most recently a senior adviser to the USAID office in Pakistan.
