USAID Assists Disabled Vietnamese

The U.S. Agency for International Development will grant USD1 million to three projects seeking to assist disabled Vietnamese in accessing health services and developing life skills. Of the amount, 40 percent will be used to link a functional rehabilitation center in the country’s Danang city to seven district medical stations. Meanwhile, Save the Children USA will administer another 40 percent of the funding to provide job opportunities for people with disabilities.
