USAID Boosts Malaria Fight in Africa

The U.S. Agency for International Development will disburse more than USD11 million to eight organizations conducting anti-malaria operations in seven African countries. The grants were drawn from the U.S. President’s Malaria Initiative. The program aims to empower local and indigenous districts to enable them to lead community-based malaria prevention programs.
