USD990 Million Climate Change Fund for Developing World on Hand

A USD990 million global warming mitigation fund may be readily available to the developing world if poor nations attending the United Nations climate talks in Poland secure approval to tap the said fund as early as next month. Representatives from 187 nations intend to amend the rules to allow climate change-hit countries apply for aid starting January, according to U.N. climate chief Yvo de Boer.
