Colombia has resumed the export of gas to Venezuela through a pipeline damaged last week in an explosion that was blamed on leftist rebels, Reuters reports, citing a Venezuelan government official. The Venezuelan government has finished fixing the gas pipeline, oil minister Rafael Ramirez said. Reuters notes that up to eight Venezuelan states experienced blackouts after a major power station that relied on Colombian gas exports went offline in the aftermath of the blast.
