There are those companies that understand the business potential and role of the private sector in achieving the global development goals. And then there are those that don’t.

If businesses need to be part of the solution, then part of the problem is getting more companies to understand how they can engage and benefit.

Devex spoke to the Coca-Cola Co., Mumbai-based multinational group Mahindra and global biotech company Novozymes about what it will take to get other companies to engage on development and adopt a shared value business approach.
