What qualities does RTI International look for in its staff?

The whole breadth of technical programming for RTI International will be present at Devex’s upcoming Career Forum in Manila, Philippines.

This means jobs seekers will have plenty of opportunity to speak with the individuals currently implementing the work they are interested in, and the RTI team is looking forward to engaging with a group of excited and highly skilled development professionals, according to Kate Wood, a global health recruiter for the organization.

Kate Warren, director of global recruitment services for Devex, caught up with Wood in the Devex studio to find out what she’s currently looking for in candidates, and what type of person finds the most success at the organization.

RTI International is an executive partner for Devex’s D.C. Career Forum that took place March 28 as well as for its upcoming forums in Manila, Philippines on June 10 and 11 and Nairobi, Kenya in October.
