The United Kingdom’s development finance institution has appointed its first chief impact officer.

Liz Lloyd will be leading a team of professionals at CDC responsible for “overseeing the assessment, measurement and management of the development impact CDC seeks to achieve through its activities,” according to a news release. She will be part of CDC’s executive committee.
