Who's who in #globaldev: June 2017 appointments

After almost six years leading the ONE campaign in a variety of positions, Adrian Lovett will be taking on new responsibilities as president and CEO of the World Wide Web Foundation.

Lovett, who headed the anti-poverty advocacy organization as Europe executive director since 2011 and most recently as its interim CEO, will be taking on the helm of the foundation in September. In his new role, the anti-poverty advocate and campaigner will lead the push for digital equality worldwide and work closely with World Wide Web Foundation founding director and web inventor, Tim Berners-Lee.
