Will Warshauer Joins Pact as COO

Will Warshauer has joined Pact, the international humanitarian organization, as new chief operating officer. As part of the Washington group’s executive leadership team, he will be instrumental in supporting the Washington group’s efforts to build capacity in communities in need around the globe.

Warshauer, a former Peace Corps volunteer in Sierra Leone, most recently served as executive vice president for health and development solutions with Washington-based Voxiva Inc. He has spearheaded business development, product development and corporate strategy at Population Services International, and served as a consultant to international organizations such as UNICEF and UNAIDS.
