World Bank Contributes to Congo Republic’s Economic Diversification Drive

The World Bank’s International Development Association is extending a USD10 million loan to a project that seeks to promote private sector growth and investment in the Republic of Congo’s nonoil sectors. The Economic Diversification Project will receive a similar amount from the government. It will be implemented over a period of five years.
