World Bank Helps Improve Public Services in Armenia

The Word Bank recently approved a USD9 million loan designed to help Armenia improve the quality of public services. The loan will finance a project that seeks to introduce a new code of conduct and performance-based pay system for the country’s civil servants. The project also aims to increase public access to government information.
