World Bank Helps Improve Vietnam's Education System

The World Bank is lending $177 million to enhance the education system in Vietnam. The loan,

reports, includes $50 million for the improvement of the country's higher education services. The remaining $127 million will back the government's full-day schooling reform program for impoverished primary education students.
