World Bank Offers Bailout Aid for Romania

Romania may access 300 million euros ($423 million) in

financing to strengthen efforts in dealing with the global economic slump. The loan will be used to back public financial management reforms, boost social assistance programs, and strengthen governance and surveillance of the financial sector.
