World Bank OKs Financing for Swaziland's Local Government Capacity Strengthening

The World Bank is offering USD26.9 million to improve the capacity of Swaziland’s urban and rural local governments in providing effective and sustainable services. The loan will finance performance-based grants that will be used to invest in local road infrastructure, capacity-building support and related technical assistance.
