World Bank Plans Rwanda Aid in June

The World Bank will provide USD172 million to Rwanda in June,

reported. The aid aims to help the country deal with the global financial crisis. Johannes Zutt, World Bank's top official in Rwanda, said developing countries are now feeling the "second order effects" of the crisis, with reduced trade, investment, overseas development funding, remittances and tourism revenues.
