World Bank to Issue Flood Aid for Nepal

The World Bank pledged USD35 million in grant and loan to help some six million flood and landslide victims in Nepal. The amount will be used to provide food aid to displaced people. The World Food Program recently warned that 33 western districts in the country are suffering food shortage.
