Abdul-Karim al-Arhabi, Yemen’s minister of planning and international cooperation, has met with Andreas Seiter, the German economy’s representative in Riyadh, to discuss ways of improving economic cooperation between the two countries. Hosting economic meetings between private sectors in Yemen and Germany and promoting better trade relations were among the issues discussed by the two officials. Seiter also announced that several private German companies have expressed interest in exploring investment opportunities in Yemen.
