Zimbabwean Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai has filed a lawsuit against President Robert Mugabe claiming that the latter violated the constitution and their power-sharing agreement. Tsvangirai is seeking the annulment of Mugabe’s unilateral appointment of 10 provincial governors last month, The Times of India reports.
