Zimbabwe is making strides in drafting its new constitution, Voice of America reports. There is “broad agreement” on most constitutional principles between Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai’s Movement for Democratic Change party and President Robert Mugabe’s Zimbabwe African National Union Patriotic Front party, according to the paper.
