Zimbabwe Urges Donor Countries to Lift All Sanctions

In the wake of sanctions extended by the United States against Zimbabwe, Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai urged donor countries to overlook political parties and instead help the country through its unity government, the New Zimbabwe reports. Western countries have cast doubts on the power-sharing government that Tsvangirai forged with President Robert Mugabe, whose party is the target of most of the sanctions.
