Adjara Group

Adjara Group is a leading Georgian company in hospitality, lifestyle development and agropreneurship. It has gained worldwide recognition for trend-setting establishments and entrepreneurial projects through developing and managing lifestyle brands. Restaurants created by the company combine international gastronomic talent with fresh, locally sourced produce. In addition to redefining the country’s hospitality industry, Adjara Group is leading the biggest agricultural and farming project in the Eastern region of Georgia. History Adjara Group was founded by the visionary and trend-setting entrepreneur, Temur Ugulava, along with a team of dedicated professionals. In 2010, the company entered the Georgian hospitality sector by introducing and managing the first local Holiday Inn franchise, which successfully pushed design and concept boundaries for the international brand. In 2012, Adjara Group converted an abandoned Soviet-era sanatorium in the mountainous region of Kazbegi into the first Georgian lifestyle brand of Rooms Hotels. It has since gained global recognition and praise for its unparalleled location, architecture and design.
